Conditions of Use


Before placing an order at EuroCarDesign.com please make sure you have noted and understood your rights and obligations under these terms and conditions.

Please take your time when selecting models, and comparing differences. If materials used and construction methods are important to you be sure to ask us about them. Place an order only when you are confident that you will be getting what you want.

When the package is delivered, please inspect it closely for any damage or defects. Make sure the delivery person is informed of any problems immediately. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are unsure about anything.

All our products conform and are sold to EC specifications.

17.5% VAT is included in the prices showed on this site.

We aim to reply your e-mails next working day the latest.

All of our products come with a full manufacturers warranty. The goods have a 12/24 months guarantee.


FAQ



Can you send me a manufacturer's brochure?
Due to frequent changes in styles, fabrics and finishes, most manufacturers don't offer comprehensive brochures of their ranges. However, if there is an item you are interested in that is not shown on our site, we may be able to e-mail a photo for you to look at.

Is the product I buy coloured?
No! All body kits, side skirts, spoilers and bumpers are not coloured!! Each product must be sprayed by a professional while the colour depends on the colour of your car.

What am I to do if the instruction manual is missing from my product?
Sometimes manufacturers will not supply a printed manual with a product. If the manual has been left out of the box, please contact us at office@venodesign.com and we will send a manual out to you via e-mail.

How safe is it to give my credit card details online?
None of the customers who have shopped at EuroCarDesign.com have reported fraudulent use of a credit or debit card as a result of purchases made with us. The reason shopping with us is so safe is that we cooperate with Barclays Bank and all payments are made on their secure server outside of our site. You can also pay by Nochex.

How can I place an order?
You can order online simply by entering an amount and clicking the "BUY NOW" button next to the item you wish to purchase (you can always remove the item from your order later) and when you are done shopping click on the "Checkout" button which takes you to our order form. You may also click 'estimate shipping' on the 'Shopping Cart' page if you wish to check cost of delivery.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Switch, American Express and JCB cards, personal cheques (in the UK only) and bank or building society cheques (all cheques made payable to "Double Pleasure").

Do your prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices quoted by us include VAT at 17.5%

What happens if I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled at any time before dispatch for a full refund.

How do your prices compare to others?
Our prices reflect a saving of between 20% and 50% off our competitors retail price. While prices and discounts vary from place to place, we are confident that our prices are among the most competitive anywhere in the UK and the European Union.

What is your delivery policy?
You can always check delivery costs by clicking 'estimate shipping' on the site 'The Shopping Cart'. The prices shown present are for delivery anywhere within the European Union and the UK except to IV, KW and some PA postcodes where there will be a small additional charge for which you will be notified prior to receiving order confirmation. Delivery to other European Islands or highlighted areas - to be confirmed by EuroCarDesign.com.

When can I expect my order?
Delivery times vary according to the product and whether the item is currently in stock. We store products in New Woking, UK, or other European countries. Usually delivery takes: 5 to 15 working days for body kits and bumpers, 3 to 5 working days for spoilers and car mats 3 to 7 working days for wind deflectors. Delivery times may vary also depending on how busy the manufacturer is when you place your order. We will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible when the product will be dispatched and notify you of any delays we are aware of. What is important: when more than one item is ordered, all items will be delivered in one shipment.

How do you calculate your delivery times?
Every item we have on offer has its own delivery time which is updated daily to reflect changes in the supply-chain. Longer delivery times are not unique to EuroCarDesign.com, while they are the norm with virtually all UK tuning retailers. Thanks to this, we are able to offer you the broadest choice of products, allowing you to choose the item that is just right for you and which will give you pleasure for many years to come. If a fast delivery time is important to your purchasing decision we recommend that you contact us and confirm a shorter delivery time. We stock most of our items in our European-based warehouses, and all have delivery times of 15 working days or less.

What if my delivery contains damaged goods?
This happens infrequently, but sometimes boxes sustain minor damage during shipping or contain a manufacturers defect. If this occurs, contact us immediately. We will arrange for replacement parts to be delivered to you as quickly as possible, alternatively we will arrange to have the damaged goods returned to the manufacturer. If items need to be returned please keep the original packaging. All returns and repairs must be arranged through our Customer Service Department (we are unable to pay for returns which we have not authorized).

How can I contact EuroCarDesign.com?
EuroCarDesign.com can be contacted by email - this is the safest way because we can easily keep track of all correspondence. Our Customer Service Department operates between 8.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday. Emails received will be answered next day, except for weekends.

What if I have a complaint?
We are determined to you with provide the easiest and best way to buy car and tuning products online, and we are not satisfied unless all our customers are delighted with their purchase and their experience of shopping at EuroCarDesign.com. In the unlikely event that you do not enjoy your experience shopping with us, please email us with the word ‘Complaint’ in the subject title. We will acknowledge your complaint within one working day and will do our very best to resolve it as speedily as possible.


What is your warranty policy?

All of our products come with a full manufacturers warranty. The goods have a 12/24 month guarantee. Conditions for getting a warranty service depend on the item, the nature of the problem, the manufacturer and your location. Further details on manufacturers warranties will generally be included with your new product upon delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected.
