The goods leave our premises in the UK or other EU countries after a full inspection, therefore any damages may occur in transit only. We ship by courier. Cost of delivery for most EU countries as follow:

Above prices are valid for mainland European Union countries, mainland Ireland and mainland United Kingdom except to IV, KW and some PA postcodes where there will be a small additional charge for which you will be notified prior to receiving order confirmation. Delivery to other European Islands or highlighted areas - to be confirmed by VenoDesign.com. The weights above are courier 'Dimensional Weights' only – and may not reflect the actual weight of the product.

Delivery times may vary also depending on how busy the manufacturer is when you place your order. We will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible when the product will be dispatched and notify you of any delays we are aware of.
Please note: when more than one item is ordered, all items will be delivered in one shipment.
Please inspect the contents of your delivery BEFORE signing the delivery receipt! Any damages should be noted by the courier on your copy of the delivery receipt and you must make an insurance claim with the shipping carrier to recover damages/loss of shipments. Once the assembling process of the product has started an exchange or replacement can not be sort.
Faulty Products
If the product you purchase is faulty, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights. Please contact us for information.
Returns Policy
If the product is damaged you must provide us with a digital photo showing evidence of the damage. If nothing had been reported either to courier or us, after 48 hours your claim for damaged goods will be invalid.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days of your delivery date, and we will issue a refund. If so, you are responsible for arranging to return the goods yourself. Please contact us before returning the product!
Once agreed by us, any item can be returned within the next 14 days, on the following conditions:
- the item must be in perfect condition allowing us to resell the item;
- the item must be in its original packaging.
Failure to satisfy the above conditions will invalidate your claim.
A handling charge (including restocking fee) of 20% will not be included in the refund, should goods be returned as 'unwanted'.
We are suppliers primarily of non-standard items. This means that, by their nature, the parts we supply may involve more than just a straightforward DIY fit. In some cases, modifications or adaptations may be required to achieve an acceptable fit. We therefore recommend that parts we supply should be fitted by a suitably qualified person or garage.
We retain the right to cancel any order at any time. If payment has been made, we will provide a full refund immediately.
